Job Responsibilities:
§ Supervising the maintenance works of Rieter Blowroom/Carding C60, Unilap E32, Comber E65, Drawframe RSB D40, SB D40, Electro-Jet Simplex for roving, China and Lakshmi Ring frame and Savio orion M auto conning machine of Spinning factory as per preventive maintenance schedule.
§ To attend the breakdown and trouble shooting works of all above machineries.
§ Maintaining the spare parts and recording parts consumptions.
§ Preparing breakdown and downtime time report monthly and comparing the achievement with target breakdown and downtime of machines for continual improvement.
§ Handling and controlling the manpower at around 110-120 nos. workers and officers.

2. Employer : SQUARE SPINNINGS LTD. GAZIPUR
Position : Executive-I, Utility Department
Duration : Continued since February 01, 2003 to September 02, 2006

Job Responsibilities:
§ Supervising the maintenance works of Central Air conditioning plant, Fibre depositing plant (FDP), Air compressor, Absorption and Compression type Chiller, Exhaust gas boiler and Yarn conditioning plant of Spinning factory as per preventive maintenance schedule.
§ To attend the breakdown and trouble shooting works of all above machineries.
§ Maintaining the spare parts and recording parts consumptions.
§ Preparing breakdown and downtime time report monthly and comparing the achievement with target breakdown and downtime of machines for continual improvement.
