Working at FOSTER WHEELER INDIA PVT. LTD. – Kolkata Engineering Center since December, 2007 as Senior Designer – Civil / Structural. Following are the responsibilities of that position :

i) Checking & Supervision of General Arrangement Drawings as well as Detailed drawings of Oil & Gas Plant Pre Assembled / Stick-Built Structures through PDS & SPR .
ii) Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings as well as Detailed Fabrication drawings of Oil & Gas Plant Pre Assembled / Stick-Built Structures in Microstation V8.

iii) Quality Assurance & Quality Control of Deliverables issued from the Discipline.

iv) Preparation of responses of Technical Queries (TQ) raised by the TEKLA Detailers based on feasibility issues of connections and fabrication / erection possibilities.

Worked at LARSEN & TOUBRO LIMITED - ECC DIVISION – Engineering Design & Research Center – Kolkata from January,2007 to November,2008 in TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR Cadre as Asst. Civil Draughtsman. Following are the responsibilities of that position :

v) Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings as well as Detailed Fabrication drawings of Steel Plant Structures .

vi) Checking & Supervision of Fabrication drawings of Vendors / Sub-Contractors .

vii) Prepared G.A. and Detailed Fabrication drawings of Sinter Machining & Proportioning Bin Building, Screen Building, Junction Houses, Conveyor Galleries, Pipe Bridges & Supporting Trestles of Sinter Plant .

viii) Prepared G.A. and Detailed Fabrication drawings of Elevator Building, Slag Granulation Plant Bin Building, Dedusting Silo, Skip Bridges & Supporting Structures of Blast Furnace .

Worked in NICCO CORPORATION LIMITED – Project Division as System Supervisor of CAD Center from February, 1996 to September, 1997. Following are the responsibilities of that position :

ix) Controlled the LAN through Novel NetWare Version 4.1 ( DOS Base ) comprising of 5 work stations.
x) Worked as Section-in-charge of CAD Center using AutoCAD Version Release 12 & 14 comprising of 5 cad operators and handled the assignments starting from collection of order to completion of total assignment including collection of payments from the client .

Worked in BEARDSELL ENGINEERING LIMITED ( A Division of NABA BHARAT FERRO ALLOYS LTD. ) as Draughtsman - Structural (Manual) from June, 1991 to November, 1991 in Material Handling Systems Projects .

Trained in PDS Modeling in Frame Works Environment through PDS SE Ver sion 8.0 Software.

Trained in Microstation for 2D/3D Drawing development through Microstation V8 Software.

Passed Auto-CAD Release 12 Certificate Course in the year 1995 on Level 1 and Level 2 (Customization) from Autodesk Inc. USA through Visions Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Trained in operating systems DOS VER. 6.0, 6.22 & 7.1, WINDOWS XP, 98, 95 & 3.11, NOVELL NETWARE Version 4.1 ( DOS Base )

Passed Civil Draughtsmanship Certificate Course in the year 1989 from The George Telegraph Training Institute; Calcutta and had obtained Ist Division with 78% marks in aggregate .

Admitted in Part-time Diploma in Civil Engineering Course in the year 1989 under State Council for Polytechnic Education, West Bengal but can not continued due to job responsibilities at engaged company.
