JOB HIGHLIGHTS and Other ASSIGNMENTS:

• Involved in the successful start-up and pre-commissioning of the JJ-Lurgi Technology Fatty Acid and Glycerine Plant (Sawit Mas Group-PT. Domas Agrointi Prima). Splitting column Capacity= 300MT/day. Fractionation/Distillation capacity=300MT/day.

• Involve in the up-grading of Cocochem Fatty Acid Plant Conversion into DCS –Year 2005 to run the entire Fatty Acid and Glycerin plant efficiently.

• Customer focused, production person with 22 years extensive experience in an ISO 9000 certified Lurgi-designed Fatty Acid -Cocochem Inc.

• As Production man from 1984 until 2006 (22-Yrs), has been assigned in the operation of almost all production sections of COCOCHEM Fatty acid /Glycerine and Fatty Alcohol. Modestly aside, my excellent performance caused me to climb the corporate ladder up to the position of Production Shift Manager of the Manufacturing department.

• Conducted the successful commissioning and test run of the Section -59 (Fatty Alcohol Fractionation /Distillation) Modified Mode to acquire an additional capacity of fatty alcohol (C12-C14OH) cut as finished product.

• Played a major role in the troubleshooting of 1998 Sec.5 Distillate Quality (Glycerine 99.70 purity) thru TQM and were able to have gained huge amount of savings and improved plant efficiency and capacity.

• Assisted LURGI Process Engineers under Mr. Hoffmann, Technology Director in the operation and maintenance audit of COCOCHEM plant in 1998.

• As staff of the engineering Inspection, had familiarized well with all Gas plant equipments in one of the American- Arabian Oil and Gas Plant (Shedgum Gas Plant) with regards to their design and had recommended numerous maintenance actions from the evaluation of thickness gauging and Non-destructive testing monitoring.

• Has developed management skills through trainings in

2. 5S, Kaizen, PQM,
3. Statistical Process Control
4. Internal Quality Auditing

• Member Behavioral Safety and Process Audit Team

• Was assigned also in the operation of two different sections (Alkylation plant & Polymerization Unit plant) in the Petrochemicals/Detergent Plant at LMG CHEMICALS, INC. in 1978-1979.
