1-Assist maintenance superintendent in planning and budgeting mechanical maintenance work.
2-Assist to improve availability and reliability of operation within design and operating limits through effective mechanical maintenance.
3-Develop maintenance procedures for mechanical equipment.
4-Issue works orders and assure spare parts and consumable available.
5-Provides hands on guidance to mechanical technicians.
6-Plan and coordinate mechanical vendor liaison.
7-Assist in developing and implementation of maintenance management system.
8-Report & Data input into CMMS to ensure proper equipment performance monitoring (Failure cause and analysis, RCA)
9-Supervise critical mechanical maintenance work in field.
10-Monitor and report personnel performance and competency.
11-Ensure safe working condition of all tools, lifting and mobile equipment and vehicles.

Some major areas of experience includes the following,

1-Top/Major overhauling of Waukesha engines for gas compression and powerGen.
2-Top/Major overhauling of CAT engines for powerGen. (I.e. CAT3412, CAT3512, G399, D398, CAT3306, Cat3406)
3-Top/Major overhauling of Reciprocating gas Compressors.(Mode includes WorthOF-6,ARIEL JGM-2,AJAX DPC600EHI,AJAX SUPERIOR SW62,DRESSER RAND 6HOF4).
4-Preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance of steam turbines for generation and prime movers (ELLIOTT, COUPOUS)
5-Routne servicing/trouble shooting of gas turbines. (SOLAR, KAWASAKI)
6-Preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance of multistage centrifugal pumps (INGERSOLL RAND)
7-Annual cleaning of Boilers, Heat Exchangers etc
8-To conducts major turn around at Rupali, PPL and POL
9-Conduct cleaning/inspection of absorber and reactivator towers.
10-Gate, Globe and plug valve maintenance.

TURNAROUND MANAGEMENT:
Planned, supervised and safely executed major shutdowns at Parwali oil facility and gas purification plant and led complete shifts in all crucial activities of shut down which includes,
• Maintenance of heat exchangers.
• Cleaning of Fin fan coolers
• PSV testing
• Replacement and repair of valves
