ORGANIZATION: Fauji Oil Terminal & Distribution Company Ltd.,
Fauji Oil Terminal and distribution co , state of the art oil handling , storage and transportation facility at port Qasim with annual turn around of 9million tons of oil , worked as Electrical & Instrumentation engineer in Technical Services where provided technical support on existing and expansion of new projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue of Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents for Bidders with all terms of reference and technical specification for LV/MV MCC, switchgears, UPS, Transformer, Generator, DC drive, Cables etc.
Prepared Specifications and datasheets for electrical equipments i.e. LV/MV motors, Motor Control Center (MCC), Transformers, Switch Gears and emergency Generators.
Technical Bid evaluation and review of Front End Engineering (FEED) documents including; Single lines, Electrical plot plan, area classification , JB wiring installation details, Load list, Schematics diagrams and Purchase requisitions.
Prepared bulk electrical material list including junction boxes, cable trays, conduits, power/instrumentation cables, control stations and lighting etc.
Performed area lighting design, lumen calculation and selection of Luminas
Coordination with vendors during procurement, engineering notes and technical support.
Familiar with constant wattage and skin effect heat tracing system.
Developed annual and monthly preventive maintenance procedures, checklist, and work instructions in CMMS (MP-2, SAP) in ISO 9000 accredited environment.
Performed troubleshooting and field services on electrical equipment installed at oil terminal.
Performed procurement, erection, commissioning start up and maintenance of PL
