Project experience:

Since 2001 overcast by the new building off POSM plant in the Netherlands.
My work was pre-commission and commission work, also ride manuals and ride down procedure. I give training to a group operators.organization. Take care for training and also take care of purchase fire fighting material.

My skills

Have very much experience in the petrochemical industry, have worked with different types of pumps, compressors. Have experience with various processes, gained at various installations.
Are reliable, people know to motivate and encourage people to know to win for me. Are social, and justice. Provide more than 15 years leading a team of process operators. Do approaches, consider solutions and have an eye for safety. Have experience in pre-commission and commission work. Many start-up experience at various factories. I am not an authoritarian leader but a leader of the group indicating which way we should. Am in possession of a relatively recent psychological / career test, indicating that I am a great operational leader.
I am a man who wants to pull the cart, and go into battle. Not likely be disappointed about, and with both legs firmly in the life.
