. Erection, Installation and Commissioning of PLC base CCM BLOOM CASTER Project of VAI-POMINI, LINZ, AUSTRIA.
. Fabrication of 16 M/Ton Vacuum Ladle, CCM Tundish, LRF Transfer Car, LRF Cooling Roof, VD/VOD Heat Shield, VD/VOD Ejectors in S.S, Overhead Crane’s Ladle Bell, ESR mould and ESR Cooling Ring.
· Designing and fabrication of Run out Roller Table and Cooling Bed for Rolling Mill and Roll Crusher for refractory depart.
· Erection, Installation, Commissioning and Operation of softener, Reverse Osmosis Plant, Boiler, 250 Ton Press, Plate Leveler and De-Dusting Plant.
· Involvement in 40ton and 16ton overhead crane erection with Morris persons and 05ton overhead crane fabrication.
· Supervision and assistance 25ton & 10ton overhead crane gantry fabrication, leveling and alignment including rail.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF MAINTENANCE/UTILITIES:
· To make sure that the entire Preventive/Predictive maintenance, condition base monitoring and Trouble shooting jobs are done safely, satisfactorily, accurately and cost effectively.
· Development of maintenance procedure, manpower, training needs assessment, plant modification/ upgrading and shut down planning.
· Assistance in fabrication, erection, installation and trouble shooting of various mechanical structures as per assembly drawing.
· Read / analyze mechanical plant, schematic diagrams.
· Maintenance, Servicing and trouble shooting on EAF, LRF, VD/VOD, CCM, ESR, Boiler, Softener and RO units.
· Maintenance, Servicing and trouble shooting of Hydraulic and Electro Mechanical Oscillators, Hydraulic Shears, Hydraulic Grab, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Withdrawals, various types of Pumps Specially Vacuum and Diaphragm Pumps and Valves, Plate and shell types Heat Exchangers etc.
. Full responsible of safe, efficient, reliable and economical operation of Wanson Babcock Vaporax 1.5 Ton Water Tube Boiler, Softening System, Reverse Osmosis Unit, Heat Exchanger, Filtering and Back wash unit for EMS, Primary and Secondary cooling at CCM and VD/VOD Plants.
· Manage Preventive/Predictive maintenance and preparing for Govt. inspection.
· Control and check Water Treatment, Analysis, and Testing.
· Maintain proper logging and daily record of supply and consumption.

EDUCATION
· Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical) from Preston University, Karachi in 2000
· Diploma of Associate Engineer (Mechanical) from Institute of Technical Education in 1996
· Matriculation in Technical Science from Govt. Comprehensive High School in 1990
