1) Presently working for G.S ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION CO – KOREA, project south pars PHASE 9 & 10, NATIONAL IRANIAN OIL COMPANY - IRAN as Instrument Supervisor. (From JUNE 2008 till date).
Job Profile: -
Working on commissioning and precommissioning activities of export gas and compression unit, GE TURBINE MS 5002D AND GAS COMPRESSOR BCL 506 NUOVO PIGNONE –ITALY with MARK VI control system and Bentley Nevada 3500 vibration monitoring system. Working with Renco system (GE SERVICE Engineer).
NGL fractionation unit (treatment of propane, butane & ethane technology from TOTALFINAELF).
Sulphur recovery unit and Flare unit (technology of MACTRONICS).
Familiar with ESD & FGS system.
• Duties involved ensuring loop check, calibration, and functional test are complete as per schedule during commissioning phase of project.
• Preparation of test reports and documents.
• Coordinating with instrument construction supervisor to execute work as per plan.
• Preparation of punch and clearing punch with sub-contractors.
Training undertaken: H2S awareness training, Safety training.
• Responsible for maintenance and preventive maintenance activities of Utilities
(Compressor, Chiller, DG sets, Boilers) Batch house, furnace, ETP, Fire protection, Ovens and other related production units and machinery.
