Petroleum/Facility/Process/Project Engineer with a diversified background and 27 plus years in Oil and Gas industry (upstream and downstream) - exploration and production, and Process Systems Engineering in the EPC industry. Computer applications to Oil & Gas Drilling, Production and Reservoir engineering, Designing Chemical Plants and Refineries, Oil & Gas facilities, Process Safety Management programs, technical and root cause analysis, fault finding as well as being able to manage project upgrades. Project Engineering & Construction Management. Computer Simulation and Hydraulic Network modeling, planning & design, Computer Network Integration, software development for reservoir and production engineering applications.
Capable of functioning independently in difficult environments of war and revolution (bloody civil war in Angola & served with the U S Armed Forces in the frontlines of Iraq war providing Combat Engineering Support), and in remote areas (including Angola, Iraq, and Kuwait) with limited resources.

Extensive experience in EPC, JV & PMC environment and interfacing directly with clients, coordinate and lead production of technical work, foster multi-discipline team environment, manage inter-discipline coordination, coordinate engineering with procurement and construction, review and approve design documents, manage overall coordination of internal documents. Coordinate reviews, review engineering progress, manage scope and change of scope within project, manage deliverable completion based on schedule requirements, coordinate cost estimates as necessary, prepare and coordinate project close out / turnover.
