More than 12 years of accumulated practice in the field of supply chain management, materials & purchasing. Work exposure covers materials management and implementation in industrial occupancies, Saudi Aramco construction projects for non-process buildings, oil & gas refineries permanent communications, maintenance & operations of agricultural bagging plants and silos, paint manufacturing plant, mercantile & warehouse occupancies, land transportation fleet and dangerous cargo safety handling in company owned port container/cargo terminal. Work involvement includes providing assistance to the group.

Expedite and coordinate with coating vendors the coating requirements of critical items. Review Contractor and Direct Charge Requisitions and follow them up with all departments that are involved (Materials Purchasing Dept. Consulting Services Dept., and Vendor inspection Dept.). Initiate / review lists of capital materials (Fixed Assets) and coordinate with responsible accountant from accounting department (FAWP).
Expedite delivery of Direct Charge materials to meet the construction schedule and coordinate release and pick-up to Contractor. Follow-up Vendors’ submission of Non-Material Requirement (NMR) and coordinate with Project Engineer and the Buyer. Initiate Purchase Requisition for LDOR and D/C items and expedite delivery through SAP. Review Construction Contractor materials receiving report and resolve any discrepancy. Follow-up Vendors’ submission of Spare Part Data Package (SPDP) and coordinate package to Material Standardization Division. Release staged materials from the SAP system and ensure Contractor pick-up the issued materials Source for additional materials through SAP during construction phases as per Field Material Request Check the status of all POs Periodically inspect Contractor material storage location and ensure materials are properly stored and controlled Review Construction Contractor material surplus/excess list and coordinate disposal of scrap material to Reclamation yard and return of excess material to stock.
