SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Now I am involve with new project of Exhaust Systems and Sheet Metal Parts of Corolla 242-L.
Sr. General Manager Engineering & Development assigned me to deal with special project of Indus Motor Co. Tool & Dies Development. I did perform my duty with IMC officials and completion of Off Tool Samples and Pilot Lot and also involve in Goshi and Sukako activities with Japanese Engineer.

I am also performing my duties in “Production” such as Stamping Plant and Sheet Metal Assembly Plant.

RESPONSIBILITES:
Designing Dies and fixture with the help of drawing and given inspection standard (TIS, DIS, SIS etc.).
Involved with Japanese Engineers of TOYO MOTOR COMPANY JAPAN for developing of TOYO Radiators for Pakistan.
To control the process of project through floor engineer of different types of Dies, fixtures for diferent OEM (Original Engineering Manufacturer) such as Toyota, Pak Suzuki, Hino, Nissan Ghandara, Master Motor etc.
Monitoring and Planning of CNC Shop, Tool & Die Shop and Production.
Planning of Layout and Process.
Machine process and Planning for dies and tooling to be development through tool & die shop.
In-house cost estimates for all kind of Components.
Inspect and test completed tools, dies, jigs or fixtures
Monitoring the operation of different types of Conventional Machines.
Compute dimensions and tolerances and setup machine tools.
To assist the Sr. General Manager Technical (Engineering Development).
