Professional Experience
•Maintenance work performed on Caterpillar 3616 (6 HFO Generators) that is 4337.5 KVA each and GE Jenbacher JGS.620GS- NL (4 Gas Generators) that is 3780 KVA each and total power house capacity is 33 MW.
•Perform different types of tests on generators A-Van Kaick and Leroy Somer.
•Enormous knowledge of the operation and maintenance of high-pressure boilers and related mechanical equipment.
•Available for engine start-ups/shutdowns/emergencies and worked with the power plant operators to ensure engine generators protection and reliability.
•Inspection of different types of relays in generator and feeder control panels.
•Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
•Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
•Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
•Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors.
•Inspection and maintenance of overhead crane panels (30 Ton).
•Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
•Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
•Maintain inventory lists and requisitions supplies, materials and repair parts.
•Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
•Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, meggers to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
•Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
•Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair generator panels, electrical wiring, equipments, and fixtures.
•Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports (Monthly & Yearly) and ordering supplies and equipment.
•Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.

•Deep knowledge of electrical systems including planning additions and modifications on secondary circuits.
•Sound understanding of High Voltage protection relays and SCADA systems used in power house environment.
•Considerable knowledge of meter location, meter reading, utility record keeping, and service procedures.
•Strong ability to read commercial electrical blueprints and apply NEC through the full range of commercial and industrial maintenance and construction work.
•Profound ability to use appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment to repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment and appliances.
•Excellent ability to diagnose and repair electrical controls, industrial motor control centers, and programmable logic controllers.
