• Supervise and plan shift operation to ensure safe, maintain smooth operation and operation comply with environment local regulation.
• Undertake and assist superior to implement related activities.

• 6 years experience in Petrochemical Polyethylene Unipol process operation.
• Responsible for overall plant operation and safety manner.
• Responsible and monitor daily plant performance and efficiency.
• Ensure all activity follow procedure and in safe manner.
• Ensure and coordinate shift crew for smooth plant operation
• Pioneer group involving in commissioning and start-up of Polyethylene plant in 1993.
• Experience in control room DCS operation.
• Participation in developing the plant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Safety practice implementation and safety training.
• Also participate in fire fighting and safety in the plant.
• Involved in ISO 9002 documentation.
• Troubleshooting and coordination of process operation.
• Involved in Pre-Commissioning activities such as Punch Listing ,Vessel and Piping inspection and equipment function check.
• Involved in Supervisory of Contract Workers during construction and witness for piping and vessel inspection.
