Project Management – Handling Royal Oman Police’s prestigious Motor Vehicle Inspection System(MVIS) Software as Project Manager. It is a Customised Software developed by 3i Infotech (formerly ICICI Infotech). The MVIS Project involves setting up state-of-art vehicle inspection facility throughout 14 cities in the Sultanate of Oman. This system is driven by MVIS Software developed in MS Dotnet 2003 running on Oracle Database.

Consultancy : - Working Closely with Customers along with Sales Consultants to Understand Customer requirements. Design & Sizing Solutions for Servers, PC’s, and Storage Products. Providing quality pre-sales technical support and presentations to customers to influence their buying decision. Preparing Technical Proposals, Bill of Materials in consultation with Vendor’s Technical team.

• S.S.C. from Bombay Board in March 1990 with 1st Class.
• Diploma in Digital Electronics in 1994 with Higher 2nd Class from Board of Technical Examinations Maharashtra State. Completed from Institute of Technology, Bombay.
• Bachelor’s Degree : - Pursuing B.C.A (3rd year) from MKU University, Mumbai. (UGC Board)

2003 CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) from Cisco Systems, USA with 924/1000 Grade A+.
Compaq Proliant Service Engineer (PSE) Certification Successfully Completed with 85% from Compaq Computer Corporation.
2005 FSC Certified Pre-sales Consultant for Online Storage at Dubai, UAE in 2005.
2008 Completed Project Management Professional (PMP) Training, Preparing for Certification.

Job responsibilities :-
 Consolidate the Project schedule into detailed phase plans & divide in to sub-projects.
 Allocate individual tasks to development & implementation personnel, monitor & support resources.
 Provide support guidance and training, as necessary for individual team members.
 Ensure that all team members maintain accurate project documentation.
 Ensure that all quality assurance issues are satisfactorily resolved.
 Update the sub-project plans with actual, achievement & forecast.
 Identify any potential slippage, or variances against the sub-project plans
 Identify, recommend and, when required, put into effect appropriate actions in order to keep within the sub-project plans.
 Ensure that system change requests are reviewed and costed accurately and timely
 Ensure that approved system change requests are included into project, phase and individual work plans.
 Maintain the budget record against expenses.
