Electric Engineer

The objective of my curriculum vitae is to introduce my self to have better job which increase both my technical experience and my social level.

 Since October 2004 up to March 2005 I am work as a self-sales Engineer.
 Since March 2005 to March 2006 I am work as Operation And Maintenance Engineer at ARMANT NILE SHIPYARD (one of Suez Canal authority companies),. I have gain some experience in (Diesel generators, Water Pump, Air Compressors station, Maintenance of control panels, Towering cranes, Operation of the main control room –PLC System -used for docking and undocking ships).
 Since April 2006 to June 2008 as Utilities Area Acting Manager at Travco Group, I was responsible for the operation and maintenance the flowing Items:
- Diesel Generation Station 8.5 MVA (Caterpillar Gen Sets, model 3516, 3512, 3508 and 3412).
- Diesel Generation Station 5.5 MVA (MTU Gen Sets )
- Medium Voltage Network 22 KV including Cables, Switchgear (ABB, Schneider), Load disconnections switches (ABB) and transformers (ABB).
- Sewage Treatment Stations (2 stations * 2000 cubic meters )
- Water Pumps Stations and Water pumps control panels.


- Since June 2008 until now I work as Operation and Maintenance Manager at Global Energy I am responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Diesel Generation Station 18 MVA this power station responsible for provide South valley cement factory at Beni sweef for the demanded power and it include the flowing :
• 9 Gen Sets (Caterpillar Gen Sets, Model 3516, 2000 KVA )
• 9 Step-up Transformers (ABB , 2500 KVA)
• 9 synchronization units (Deep Sea ,Model :5510 )
• 1 Medium Voltage Switchgear (ABB, 15 Cells, HD4 Circuit breakers, REF542+ control relay , REG525 control relay, Elster A1800 Alpha Energy meter )

IMPORTANT ACHIEVEMENTS
- I am very proud to became the TEAM LEADER of the team work who was responsible for the Transfer , Installation, Starting up and commissioning of the main power station in MAKADI BAY – HURGHADA completely including (Generators –Synchronizing panel –Switchgear –Transformers ) from its site to another location KALAWI -SAFAGA in August 2007.
- Asset in Installation, Starting up and commissioning of South Valley Cement Factory Generation station which owned by GLOBAL ENERGY in July 2008.

I have the flowing job description:-
Supervise , monitor and following up all the daily operation and maintenance activities for the power station to insure the reliability ,maintainability and availability of feeding the electric power to the customer .
Develop and implement the required planed preventive maintenance for all the Power station equipments.
Prepare the spare parts lists, purchasing requisitions (oils, Fuel, Spare Parts...) and flowing up the supply of such items.
Develop and implement of the daily , weekly and monthly operation reports
Develop and implement of the on demand ,daily ,weekly ,and monthly maintenance reports
implement a profit and losses sheet of all power station equipment to found the down-time and so arrange to decrease such time.
Assisting the Projects Department in handling over systems from contractors and receive such systems from Project department.
Give the required training for all the employees
Perform the preventive and the on-demand maintenance according to the dealer's recommendations with a complete controlling of the maintenance costs.
Daily coordination between all site team (Engineers, Administrator, Accountant, Supervisors and technicians ) to develop a friendly team which lead to efficient and quality work environment
Arrange for the best and the effective use of the available tools to decrease the loose in tools
