1. Brief Scope Of Work
The Palm Springs project residential complex located in an up market area of Gurgaon, Haryana within easy each of Delhi and Indira Gandhi International Airport. Palm Springs is spread over 19 acres and includes 300 high-end apartments and 100 luxury villas. The scope of works includes the construction of 6 tower blocks of up to G+17 floors constructed on a two-level extended underground basement car park. The scope of works also includes electromechanical services, apartment finishes, hard & soft landscaping, clubhouse including swimming pool and will further incorporate two commercial towers adjacent to the complex. The different functions of the project in which I was involved and the learning outcomes as a Trainee Engineer from 19/06/08 till 19/07/08 are
