· Infraction with Clients & Site Coordinators’.
· Supervising – Fabrication and erection of spools.
· Fabrication and erection of various types of supports.
· Day to Day inspection of fit up & welds.
· Briefing on safe work practices and identifying hazards associated with job activities by analyzing by risk analysis from to all workers, to ensure HSE.
· Making all kinds of progress reports in MS-Word & Excel for the job performed.
· Mapping field weld points, field fit weld points and spool numbers, in isometric drawings.
· Preparation for templates and fixtures for fabrication, supervision of fabrication.
· Line checking and punch list preparation for test packages.
· To plan and carryout all site activities as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan.
· Report to the Site Engineer / Project manager for any technical problem or inquiries in the project.
· Requisition material, tools and equipment needed.
· Control the use of material and avoid damages and waste.
