1.Recruitment:
„XReceive the staff requisition from the requesting department then screen cvs through our Database and Internet targeting the right caliber.
„XScreen cvs for all positions of engineers with all disciplines: civil, Mech. Elect. and Architecture. In addition to secretaries, office managers, Accountants, financial analysts and construction managers using different recruitment resources (employment fairs, Database, Internet) ensuring targeting the right caliber.
„XConduct behaviorally interviews with the selected cvs and filter them to prepare the shortlist to be sent to the requesting department.
„XWrite assessments for the interviewed candidates.
„XGive the Selected candidate the offer and follow up hiring procedures.
„XCreate organization charts for departments and projects and update them each quarter.
„XPrepare job descriptions for many positions such as different discipline of Engineers (Mech., Elect., Civil, and Arch.)
2. Manpower:
„XDesign, develop and implement manpower models through Excel which can help forecast the Actual and Required Manpower for each project.
„XDownload the actual Manpower of each project from Oracle and put them on the determined Manpower Models.
„XCompare the existing data with the project mgr. on site and adjust them adding the release date of each engineer in the project.
„XMake the consolidation for all the Actual Manpower of all OCI Projects.
„XCollect the Manpower demands of each project and review it each quarter.
„XReview manpower requests during monthly review.
3.Executive Reports:
„XLaunch an Executive Report to view the Requirements and hired status of all OCI departments and projects on a monthly and yearly basis to be sent to the Managing Directing Office.
4.Database Management:
„XMade a plan to update and customize Hard and Soft Database for recruitment Dep.
„XFilter all the recruitment Database in order to update all old resumes through E-mails and Phones.
„XScreen and classify the updated received resumes.
„XCreated new system of tracking files.
„XCreated a log to contain all interviews and call feedbacks.
„XSupervise two data entries in order to make this log and create the database software.
