Operation Engineer at PT. SIEMENS INDONESIA
Responsible for :
•Ensure the production of the plant is according to schedule.
•To overview the general plant operation. Also to ensure the safety of the plant as well as the personnel. This is done in collaboration with EHS Engineer.
•To coordinate with the client in respect with plant operation and performance.
•Organize the work of the shift personnel and supervising strict compliance with the company’s Safety Rules.
•Ensure by additional skill development of shift personnel.
•Liaise with other sections in regard to common services and maintenance activities.
•Preparing work permit include the point isolation to maintenance department for achieve safety from the system.
2.June 2004 to January 2005.
Shift Charge Engineer at PT. SIEMENS INDONES
Responsible for :
•Work closely with the Operation Engineer and ensure the production of the plant is according to schedule.
•Organize the work of the shift personnel and supervising strict compliance with the company’s Safety Rules.
•Assures that the power plant is always operated in an efficient, reliable, economic, and safe manner.
•To manage and make Permit to Work for corrective, inspection, preventive, diagnostic, modification, and test by Maintenance Engineer to get high availability Muara Tawar power plant.
•To create a daily report for PLN (as owner the power plant) and join monthly allocation energy meeting with all power stations under PLN subsidiary as participants.
3. September 1998 - May 2004.
Assistant Unit Controller at PT. PowerGen Jawa Timur ( Private Power Project Phase II Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant 2 x 610 MW )
Responsible for :
•Assist the Unit Controller in the safe and efficient operation and monitoring of the plant.
•Relief the Unit Controller for Control Room unit panel duties as required.
•Direct and assist when necessary the Plant Operators in plant operation.
•Undertake plant inspection and fault finding.
•Report on plant abnormalities.
•Within job responsibilities undertake any task within own capabilities.
