More than twenty –five years experience as a maintenance professional in the oil and gas industry. The last five of these years have been at a Senior Manager level in Atlantic LNG Company of Trinidad and Tobago. • Accountable for the development and execution of the TAR/SD planning process that supports the optimization of plant and equipment availability .Provides input to and the delivery of, the Integrated Production Plan for the Company.•Developed, implemented and reviewed a preventative maintenance system, including recommendations for spares holdings and responsible for the maintenance shop operations
Developed short term and long term plans for Plant Maintenance, Inspection and Condition Monitoring by using appropriate planning tools and systems, ( Maximo , ESMP ) to deliver these activities effectively within scheduled time and budget.• Developed annual and five year budget plans by using Company budgeting tools ( Oracle ) and systems to provide financial guidelines and boundaries to all stakeholders in the delivery of Plant Maintenance , Inspection and Condition Monitoring activities on the Atlantic LNG facilities
