• Currently working as Project Design/Contracts Engineer and a key person since May 2007 on EMAAR Projects in Islamabad Pakistan.
• Responsible for all the Design &Contracts works for huge housing projects for EMAAR in Pakistan.
• Designing as per Contract of the project.
• Risk Analysis with time extension based claims/variations and making modifications in Design & Contract to best suite my organization both financially & technically.

• Completed EMAAR projects of MIRADOR (277 Villas), TERRANOVA (119 Villas), Al-MAHRA (166 Villas), HATTAN LUXURY Villas (88 Villas), with total of 650 villas at ARABIAN RANCHES
• Scope of work includes running the project activities as targeted, with complete satisfaction of the consultant and client by carrying out inspections.
• Supervised a total strength of 250 persons on multi-project basis including both Arabtec and sub-contractors.

Metco (pvt) Ltd (Pakistan):
• Worked as Site Engineer from Jan 2004 to Nov. 2005 on construction of Several housing and residential projects in Lahore and Nankana Saheb.
• Surveying & Leveling using modern instruments.
• Rate Analysis.
• Bar bending schedule and Quantity Estimation.
• Supervision of Concreting and it’s Quality Control.
• Structural Analysis.
• Billing of sub-contractors and invoicing.
• Supervised a total strength of 50 persons on site including sub-contractors.

• Running the Project as per Primavera Planned Project.
• Troubleshooting in case of any discrepancies.
• Developed the “Daily Project Report” and “Weekly Progress Report” for the first time in Organization.
