• Working as Jr. QS / Contracts Engg, Responsible to Contract Manager. And Project Director regarding notification to be issued for variations, extension of time, compensation for delays which contractor sustains due to the reasons attributable to Employer.
• Client & PRW Billing
• Estimation of Variations
• Rate analysis for Non- BOQ items

Responsibilities Handling:

• Checking the works executed RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring etc. with approved drawings and material as per contract specification.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation statement of major materials.
• Certify the subcontractor bills as per their contract.
• Carryout Quantities From approved drawings

3. Prothious Engg Services, Nashik

Project: London Football Stadium

Responsibilities Handling:

• Making of shop drawings using SDS 2 software
• Detailing of All joints.
