Working Experience

Presently working with M/S General Tyre & Rubber Company Ltd. Karachi in Plant Engineering Department, Since June 1996.Presently working in the capacity of Maintenance Officer since June, 2004.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance of rotary and stationary equipments i.e. Centrifugal pumps, Compressor , Heat Exchanger , Scales , Mixer , Pumps , Extruders , Calendars , Mills , Reducers , Blowers , Conveyors , and Stirrers.
Planning of Shutdown, which includes overhauling and repair of all critical equipment/production line assembly, arrangement of maintenance equipment, spare parts and manpower etc.
Installation and Fabrication of plant equipment, piping and machines.
Analysis of rotary equipment like motor, pumps, blower and reducer through vibration monitoring (by using Vibrotip) and provide recommendation for corrective action.
Material Procurement (Spares Parts and New equipment’s)
Inspection of locally manufactured spares and subassemblies.
Maintenance of hydraulic & Pneumatic system and equipment.
Inspections of equipment fabricated at contractor workshops.
Working exposure of CMMS on AS400.
Able to work on M.S Project.
Commissioning of equipment, machinery.
Preparing all technical documents.
Preparation of purchase requisition.
Installation Top supervision at site works.
Preparing status, progress reports, action plan and project plan analysis.
Responsible of sound and safe execution of jobs
Worked with M/S Ismail industries as process controler 1993 to 1996. duties and Responsibilities:
Testing and Calibration of Control Valves, Pressure Safety Valves.
Maintenance of rotory equipment.

D.A.E Mechanical Pakistan Swedish Inst.Of Tech. 1989

Training Courses.
One day course 'Time Management". conduct by E.F.OF Pakistan.
Technical training course on Roller bearing by Hyder Ali & Co.

15 days in house Fire & Safety course arranged by General Tyre & Rubber Company.
