Working with ENI multinational Italian oil & Gas (E&P) company at BHIT gas plant in Pakistan.

„X Responsible for planning Scheduling and coordination of overall plant maintenance works performed at Company HSE standards & statutory requirements.
„X Shutdown planning ,green list And close-out report preparation.
„X Follow up HSE car points from all disciplines
„X Weekly PM scheduling to ensures PM/CM routines are scheduled at predetermined frequencies.
„X CMMS Maximo data addition /deletion /modification
„X Coordinate Maintenance contractors regarding implementation of company HSE policies, contract terms, and scope of work. details.
„X Responsible as a key member for RCM implementation project.
„X Responsible for monitoring of Opex and Capex Budget on monthly and yearly basis.
„X Conduct /Attend Daily / weekly HSE and PTW meetings.

ASISTANT MANAGER MAINT PLANNING FROM (Feb 2005 ¡VMAR 2008)
.Responsible for Maintenance planning of Container Terminal Equipments (Cranes, RTG s, Lifters ,Diesel Gen sets, Reach stackers, compressors ,Oil/Water Separators, Overhead cranes, Workshop Equipments, Etc).at QICT DP World Container Terminal at Port Qasim Karachi .
Working on Computerized Maintenance Management System MAINPAC (Maintenance planning and Control),Mainpac is used to plan maintenance schedules, record Maintenance Activities, controls inventory, Purchasing
Responsible for following activities
„X Generating and planning planned maint schedules
„X Generating Preventive and Breakdown maint Work orders.
„X Inventory and spare planning as per maint schedules
„X Generating Breakdown analysis reports
„X Generating ( KPI) Reports on monthly Basis
„X Entering monthly Budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) In system and Generating budget variance Reports
„X Generating weekly/ Monthly Man hours Utilization reports
„X Designing various purpose reports as per management requirement using Seagate Crystal report software
„X Also Responsible for taking back up of mainpac database on daily basis and repair database file if there is any error
„X Coordinating and advising other departments during system problems/Errors .
„X Attending meeting regarding mainpac interface with other Software
„X Also using Chemwatch software to know about different chemical MSDS.
