• Developed and implemented strategic plans for the introduction of new businesses into the company (awarded an EPC contract in Bahrain for a total of 5 million $).

• Interfaced with EPC contractors, PMC contractors and Sub contractors on scope and pricing issues as a representative of the Company
• Reviewed contract documents and administered all issues related to the project in accordance with management policies and procedures.
• Prepared the project execution plan for management review and approval
• Worked closely with Environmental Assessment companies to develop an Environmental Impact Assessment study to awarded projects.


Achievements as Safety Manager:
• Prepared and implemented a safety management system for the company that is inline with the international standards
• Prepared a safety policy for the company along with a proper audit system.
• Designed an accident/incident and near-miss control system to prevent future hazards.
• Started a risk assessment program for the company, to assess risks and prevent hazards.
• Conducted process trainings on the safe operating practices of the plant.

• Joined all vendors arriving to site in their inspections regarding the alignment of anchor bolts for compressors and pumps.
• Involved in the design field, redesigned some platforms and ladders to meet the KOC standards and re-issued them to vendors to be reconstructed.
• Resolved Engineering problems and design mistakes in piping alignments and equipments.
