I HAVE OVER THAN TWENTY THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN STRUCTURAL DESIGN & SUPERVISON CONSTRUCTION WORKS.

i. DESIGNING FOR MOST DIFFERENT TYPE PROJECTS:

• Provide the main concept of the solution, and the suitable structural systems, for concrete and/or steel structures.
• Review the soil reports, analyzing its data and deciding the type of foundation.
• Select the suitable and useful materials for construction.
• Defend designs concept at municipalities.
• Putting the calculation sheets.
• Review the calculation sheets provided from the subcontractors (post tension co., pre-stressed co., hollow core co., steel co. ……..etc.).
• Use the computer structure analysis programs (SAP2000ver.11.0NL, ETABS ver.9.00NL, SAFE ver.8.00, STAAD-pro 2006) entering data and analyzing the output data.
• Good experience in using computer official programs.
• Analyze structure design with effect of wind and earthquake loads.
• Review and analyzing the structure design according to the imposed codes (British Standards, Uniform Building and/or Egyptian Codes).
• Carry out constructability review during the Design and modification stages.

ii. SUPERVISING FOR MOST DIFFERENT PROJECT TYPES:

• Put the material specifications according the imposed codes.
• Put time schedules, and reviewed it.
• Followed up work and rearranged time schedules using primavera computer program.
• Analyze contracts.
• Study tenders.
• Provide and/or review the shop drawings.
• Lead and guide the contractor to finish his work in time.
• Improve the contractor's performance by studying and approving the quality control and quality assurance.
• Give solutions to the site related technical problems.
• Inspected sites, following the imposed codes.
• Review the Structural drawings, reports and specifications submitted by the Design Consultant(s) at each stage of the Design to ensure completeness, correctness and compliance with the scope of work and agreement requirements.
• Review the Design Consultant(s) submittals in a timely manner and forward comments to the Design Manager.
• Ensure the Design Consultant(s) incorporates the comments raised from previous stages.
