Job Description:
• Maintain comprehensive implementation plan covering the scheduling, resources, and costs of all activities, and produce detailed quarterly reports on project implementation and appropriate executive level summaries.
• Participatory and technically sound public expenditure management practices including planning , programming, and budgeting procedures.
• To execute the administrative and financial system as per effective administrative and financial world bank guidelines & maintain reports on the obstacles affecting workflow.
• To assess and monitor progress achieved, and to prepare regular progress and financial reports in accordance with the requirement of the world bank.
• Develop a detailed action plans in line with the detailed work plan to implement proposed activities in coordination with World Bank team.
• Participate in the identification & selection of project staff & sub- contractors.
• Establishes & maintains strong working relationship with donors, counterparts, and leaders in participating communities.
• Responsible for leading the organization efforts to identify and implement resources for training &capacity building in the delivery of organization services.
• Preparing proposals , progress reports, Projects Monitoring & Evaluation report ,and provide support for generation and dissemination of information about the project activities including proposed indicators among national and international stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project various stakeholders in all stages of the project, and mobilize resources for the follow- up activities to ensure sustainability of project results.
• Prepare financial payment for projects and activities, and monitor compliance with all operational systems and procedures.
• Prepare & agree terms of reference for sub-contractors.
