Professional Experience
Manage and monitor projects. Define and quantify project specifications, deliverables for facilities construction. Coordinate commissioning process, handover and closeout of facilities after construction. Attend Bid clarification, pre-award, kick-off and post award meetings with vendors and assist in review of vendor prints like the calculations, fabrication drawings and other technical documents. Develop, monitor and control safe working procedures. Monitor and control the cost, scope, schedule and quality during project execution phases. Enhance safe working conditions, environmental impact assessment and hazard management. Liaise with stakeholders, contractors and consultants to guarantee timely delivery of quality services. Document events and send adequate reports to line authorities. Proficient in Microsoft office and Outlook for e-mails management, excel, PowerPoint, primavera, use of FEA – analyzers.
