Onshore, Construction &/or Commissioning of Oil and Gas facilities in the HSE field. Will and can perform from Supervisor level to Management from working in small projects to multicultural major projects.

Over 11 years skilled safety, health and environmental specialist with strong developmental and managerial skills, enhanced by practical field experience in the areas of construction, commissioning, shut down and operations of petrochemical plants, solids handling & marine facilities in multicultural first line oil & gas worldwide companies.
Proficient in root-cause investigations of incidents and risk assessments, reporting process of near misses, incidents, etc. Identification of hazardous conditions and administers corrections as well as conducting risk assessments on critical tasks. Evaluation of JSA to ensure they have consistent quality to completely cover specific tasks. Development and application of safety training and meeting presentations. Completely fluent in English & Spanish written and orally.
