„« Designing the Fasystem,Access Control,CCTV,ETS Room,DDC panel,EPABX.
„« Site co-ordination, supervision, and insure to progress of work.
„« Arranging material and necessary manpower well in advance.
„« Ensuring work is executed in accordance with the contract specification, design approved drawings.
„« Planning the material requirement and procurement of the same.
„« Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are strictly followed at site.
„« Assisting and enabling Testing and Commissioning of BMS systems.
„« Preparation of bill and take verification from main contractor and consultant.
„« Attending co-ordination & site meetings with the Client / Consultant / Main Contractor.
„« Testing, commissioning and hand over of complete BAS, BMS system.
