2003 - 2008 Move to PERFORMANCE Engineer dealing with Deepwater Drilling Risk Management for Exxon Mobil EQG. Wellsite Technical Assistance to Company Representative for Wellbore Stability Management with Hole Cleaning and Downhole Pressure Monitoring. Design T&D and Hydraulic models for Drillstring including BHA and Casing run performance in addition to realtime Anti-Collision Monitoring. Have knowledge in Directional Drilling level 1.

2002 - 2003 Move to Engineer In Charge of MWD & LWD Job as technical town support managing 3 rigs operations. Dealing with clients to ensure good service delivery including drilling tools management, pricing and invoice. Conduct Wellsite Audit, Engineer staff performance appraisal.

2000 - 2002 Leading Schlumberger D&M advance LWD job as Cell Manager in Land and Offshore field operation for Shell, Perenco, Agip, PanAfrican Energy, elf, Vaalco , Marrathon and TotalFina-elf Deep Water Exploration in Gabon.

1999 - 2000 Progress with Schlumberger D&M department as Advance LWD Engineer for formation porosity evaluation and interpretation. Run different Nuclear tools such as CDN (Compensated Density
Neutron tool), ADN (Azimuthal Density Neutron tool), Vision475 (Combo of IMPulse and ADN4) with AIM, and RTTC (Real Time Triple Combo ADN6/CDN6-PowerPulse-CDR/ARC6) with GST.

1998 - 1999 Progress with Schlumberger D&M department as LWD (Logging While Drilling) Engineer for underground formation gamma ray and resistivity evaluation. Run different LWD tools like CDR (Compensated Dual Resistivity tool), ARC (Array Resistivity Compensated tool), GST (Geosteering Tool), and IMPulse (Combo of PowerPulse and ARC tools).

1996 - 1998 Join Schlumberger D&M department for field operations as MWD (Measurement While Drilling) Engineer. Run different MWD tools like MWD3, Slim1, Sharp,PowerPulse and SlimPulse.
