Responsible for securing, management, and implementation of over 150 onshore and offshore environmental baseline studies (EBS’s), environmental impact assessments (EIA’s), high profile conflict based international environmental claims, due diligence audits, EMS, waste management, remediation, sustainable development, & UXO/EOR/landmine clearance and risk assessments projects in over 15 countries for the multinational energy & infrastructure sector. Lead the team responsible for technology identification, & evaluation; interface with US Department of Energy National Laboratories with regards to biofuel technologies.

Senior Project Manager, Federal Environmental Programs
I served as a part of the US Department of Energy (USDOE) environmental restoration (ER) contract management team at Oak Ridge. Assisted in the development of proposal & contracting strategies that secured over $50 million in new USDOE contracts. Directed ER teams, managers, economists, engineers, scientists, & risk assessors and was accountable for staffing, strategic directives, & training of project team members. Managed & directed over 60 successful remedial investigations & feasibility studies (RI/FS), risk assessments, risk based remedial actions, and D&D tasks at the USDOE Oak Ridge; & spearheaded technology retooling efforts that resulted in a cost savings of $17 million to USDOE.

Managed, performed, & implemented over 65 onshore & offshore EBS’s, EIA’s, due diligence audits, RI/FS projects, risk based initiatives, remediation projects, emergency response projects, USACE–HTRW Projects, and EOD/EOR projects in over 27 countries for the energy, infrastructure, & governmental. Successfully negotiated the first EBS & EIA in Kazakhstan for Chevron Tengiz; served as part of the technical advisory team that developed Kazakhstan Environmental Regulations; Responded to the 1991 Barcelona Pipeline Bombing; & served as part of the team seconded by OEES to Ogden Corporation responsible for feasibility studies, and site selection of new waste to energy facilities in the US and abroad.
