marine operations and hse manager - captain (imo- stcw 95)

I have been working in the oil industry for more than 20 years from bosun to Captain mostly on board AHTS and PSV. I was several years safety officer on board and had to train crew. I work in many different areas, North Sea, West Africa, Far east. I did a break with oil industry to join a dredging company on a cutter suction dredger and had participated to following project during three years : New port of Tanger, New Doha international airport, new port of Sepetiba in Brazil and the new Panama canal. After that I had a proposition of job ashore in Abijan as Operations and HSE manager for the ports of Abidjan, San Pedro, Dakar and Douala. I was in charge to implement ISM and ISPS in these ports on board their harbour tugs. I quite this job because my wife and kids are Thai citizen and could not live in Africa. I was proposed a job in Switzerland has operation manager for Bourbon Offshore and was in charge of a fleet of 30 supply boats, I was also the DPA of the company. Once again I had to quite because my wife had some health problems with the weather overthere.
