Duties performed include Quality Assurance in the implementation of Quality System ISO 9001; 1994/2001 requirements.The objective is to ensure that services comply with the requirements of the contract and applicable laws .

Assigning of all E and I QC Inspectors for Inspection activities on site. Attends QC daily coordination meetings including construction meetings with RASGAS – Company CCCT and DODSAL subcontractors. Review and sign all E&I ITP’s relevant to the project. Reports damage and NCR’s – Non Conformance Reports that requires immediate action. Review Loop Folders for final submission to client.Usage of WIN-PCS System on handover documentation.

Responsible for preparation of all Method Statements and ITP’S-Inspection and Test Plan of Instrument/Electrical Installation/Testing activities. Review and approved all Instrument/Electrical Installations/Inspection Records for final documentation. Reports any damage on cables; instruments /electrical eqpts ,etc. and NCR-Non Corformance Reports as per SHELL-DEP Design and Engg. Procedures. Re-inforcement in Engineering Dept. for drawing review and approval, Preparation of TQ-Technical Queries and FMR-Field Material Requisition.
