PLANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Works Handled :

To plan manpower , allocate the work ,Analyse the progress and report to the management.
Receiving the transformers,motors, Ups,ATS,Bus ways ,LV Panels and inspecting it as per the
SLD and construction drawings.Mobilising the transformers,motors, Panels in to the specified
places and install it.
Installing the cable trays,Ladders , Trunking and other accessories asper the construction drawings,and routing the necessary cables up to corresponding transformers,motors,ATS, Busways,switch gears,LV Panels ,MCCs, MDBs,SMDBs',&DB”s
Glanding and terminating the MV,LV cables in to the panels, field equipments and testing &commissioning of the same.
Testing and comissioning of MDB,MCC,SMDB,DB ,LV/MV cables ,motors etc.,
Co-ordinating with the equipment suppliers,conduct the site testing,cross check the factory test reports and to commission the equipments.
Inspecting and approving the installations,testing &commissioning through the consultant.
BMS,SCADA control cabling and data cabling up to I / O Racks with containments and helping the Automation team in commissioning the system.
Operation & maintenance of 11kv/3.3 kv ,11kv/400v substation and other district cooling plant accessories after completing the installations and oprated to the benifit of the Client since April ' 08 to till date.Previous
The shut down jobs of the process plants such as Sugar factory, Thermal power staions,Cement factory are executed along with the Client's Maintenance personnels.The machinery handled are Sewage plant , Conveyor controls,Process chemical pumping stations,other related DG and LV
distribution panels with controls.
Installation of the production and fabrication mechineries along with the control terminations and proving the machine up to the trial run stages.
Arranging the materials from the Client's stores , Allocating the works for the technicians, controlling the man hours and the output ,Analysing the work in progress and maintaining the daily records of work execution other related day to day works.
Installation ,testing and commissioning of LV panels,MCCs, SMDBs,LDBs,PDBs,Along with terminations .

Technical : Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering ( D.E.E.E) with an aggregate of
84% during April 1999 from Technical board of Education – Tamilnadu-India.

Academic : Higher Secondary Certificate ( 10 + 2 ) in Group 'A'with Maths,Physics,Chemistry as
major subjectsduring april 1996 with an aggregate of 72% from Higher secondary
board of Education – Tamilnadu-India

Computer skills :Undergone training in MS Word .

Am a hard core Electrical Supervisor served in middle management level and handled the installation,Testing and commissioning activities of Industrial,Residential MEP Projects in Dubai and the Shut down Electrical maintenace works of process industries in India looking forward to a challenging professional career where my field of Experience can be utilised, developped further to Excel in my duties for the benefit of self and the Employer's profit / Development.
