Engineering Specialist (1999-2000) Libya
Managed all aspects of petroleum engineering for a major oil field that is naturally fractured and highly faulted.

Engineering Manager (1996-1999) Ukraine, Romania
- Initiated and started development of a major shallow well project in Western Ukraine with recoverable gas reserves of 0.5 TCF. A 20 well drilling program. Lowered costs to drill, complete and tie-in from US $375,000 to US $175,000 per well.
- Negotiated pipeline construction agreements and pipeline tariffs.
- Prepared a development plan to increase field production from 30 mmscfpd of gas and 1875 bcpd to 110 mmscfpd and 4200 bcpd.

Senior Staff Engineer (1993-1996) Canada
Initiated Gulf Canada's first major shallow well program. Designed and implemented a gas/water injection program for a depleted oil pool (increased recovery by ~300%), set annual work plans and budgets.

Project Co-ordinator (1987-1993) Angola
Construction of three onshore million barrel storage tanks. Completed ahead of schedule, received commendations for low accident/major property damage frequency, also special commendation for quick response in planning and implementing evacuation of personnel.
