Present General Manager
Island Oil and Gas Plc are an oil and gas exploration and production company. My position as General Manager covers;
• Liaising with staff, clients, consultants and suppliers to ensure the best prices, service and relationships.
• Human Resources – first point of contact for staff members. Dealing with all staff issues including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• General office and management, ensuring the smooth the day to day running of the head office in Dublin office.
• Travelling to our overseas offices monthly to set-up and ensure their efficiency and productivity.
• Overseeing the work of my team of four staff that include the receptionist, the PA to the finance manager, administration assistant and technical assistant.
• Senior Executive PA to the CEO, managing diaries, organising travel and assisting the CEO wherever necessary.
• Contracts- negotiating and drafting staff, consultants, partners, third party and contractor’s contracts and agreements.
