• Procurement of good & services for on economical cost for the smooth operations.
• Dealing with relevant persons involved in the supply chain to provide the goods & services on time. Assure Stock availability efficiently & effectively within time at the right place and at the right cost.
• Coordinate with the technical department for the technical evaluation.
• Arrange meetings / presentations for the transporters for safety measures & assistance to HSE Department in time to time check list of safety measures taken in warehouse.
• Responsible for receiving, inspecting, sorting, stacking, storing, order filling, issuing and maintaining stock records in warehouse, including coordination with all departments.
• Manage inventory accuracy through daily data entries, monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results.
• All kind of material related policies, posting of transactions and validation of posting in the MAXIMO, coordinate with fiancι departments for payments.
