Seeking a challenging position of Lead Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer

Summary of Job Experience:
.Project planning including front end engineering, progress and schedule monitoring,construction supervision, project cost control, Commissioning and start up of Acrylic Fiber Project plants.
•Review drawings, specifications for compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
•Coordination / Liaison with multinational companies.
•Selection of the vendor, technology and equipments.
•Preparation and planning of capital and expense budgets.
•Installation and, commissioning of piping.
•Design and process engineering checks for plant (P&IDs).
•Supervising Project Functions; PLANNING, SCHEDULING, MONITORING, COST CONTROL and reporting to Top Management about Project Progress.
•Project front-end responsibilities included lay-down of project specifications, review of basic design packages, technical bids and prepare technical recommendation, preparation of ITB documents, technical evaluation of EPC contractors including participation in bid clarification meetings, prepare engineering packages for projects and plant modifications etc. Assistance in cost estimation of projects.
•Detailed engineering experience includes review and preparation of Design Basis Scoping Paper, technical specification/requisitions and other pertinent drawings/documents for total project Piping/Mechanical requirements. Also responsible for technical bid evaluation for Piping/Mechanical related projects.
•Reviewing and recommending the potential bidders. Technical&commercial evaluation of the tender document.
•Reviewing projects and modifications from “HS&E” and “risk assessment” point of view using different techniques like Hazop, what If etc.
•Fully familiar with ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME section VIII Div.1, Other ASME codes, API, PIP, DIN, ASTM, Boiler & Pressure vessel codes, SABIC and international codes & specifications.
•Having sound knowledge of Industrial Safety.
•Reviewing the projects to make sure that all relevant applicable local and international project specifications have been included.
•Reviewing and approving drawings, specifications and other technical documentations.
•Commissioning and pre-commissioning of the project and leading team for PSSR.

Qualification: B.Tech Engineering (Chemical)in the year 1982
