Plant Supervisor

Plant Supervisor; maintaining constructional assets (Heavy equipments,...) in quality condition, monitoring and shifting / allocation of site requirements in daily basis. Managing and controlling the maintenances, and limiting their respective cost.

Plant Supervisor –

• Handles the monitoring and supervising of daily maintenance and services on all constructional assets.
• Generate and Implement additional procedure to attain accuracy in services and maintenance time frames.
• Estimation and dealing with different suppliers, mainly with spare parts quotations, workshop repair costs and pricings.
• Conduct a site to site inspection of equipments on used and under maintenance located almost all over emirates.
• Attend the mechanics and helpers complains and suggestions.
• Handling, Monthly service plans on all vehicles and heavy equipments, daily maintenance and service reports and monthly reports.
• Handling pity cash, receiving and following up LPO (Local purchase Orders) and forwarding to the designated suppliers.
• Follow up of deliveries through phone calls and internet.
• Preparing Material Request forms

Workshop Supervisor –

• Handling and monitoring of daily maintenance and service of military vehicles.
• Purchase of the right spare parts with regards to the cost and quality.
• Follow job cards and maintenance reports
• Prepare complex reports, documentation and filings of related papers.

Motivated, with college degree and successful 12 years of experience in U.A.E in similar entities, and 7 solid years in maintenance division (Vehicle maintenance division) of United Arab Emirates Military, situated in Abu Dhabi. Talent for quickly mastering mechanical and vehicular spare parts, specifications and descriptions. With professional U.A.E Drivers License and familiar on U.A.E map, road and locations. Accustomed to handle delicate and sensitive, confidential records. Demonstrated history of producing accurate, timely reports and maintenance related matters, with ISO guidelines.
