• Preparing and managing daily cash balance and ensuring that company's cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively.
• Managing forecasted cash payments and anticipating potential challenges arising from limited cash flow.
• Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships. negotiate bank and service fee to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations.
• Negotiate loan or overdraft terms with company bankers.
• Negotiate the price of the purchased foreign notes, and make sure obtaining a special exchange rate.
• Record suppliers payments through A/P (SAP).
• Record G/L entries (SAP).
• Control the cash and checks collections of notes receivables in banks.
• Prepare Bank and interest reconciliations at month end.
