Process plant operator

As Plant Operator:
•Currently I am working in SAHARA PETROCHEMICAL (Al Waha PDH & PP plant) as a plant operator in Jubail industrial city, Kingdom of SUDIA ARABIA. Now Plant is in commissioning phase. SAHARA PETROCHEMICAL (Al Waha PDH & PP PLANT) states of the art BASELL Technology from ITLAY.From 2008 to date.
As Field Operator:
•05 – Years worked in Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd Karachi, as plant operator. Engro Polymers & Chemicals Limited operates State of the Art Japanese Technology from Mitsui Chemicals Inc. A closed mode unit for manufacturing 100 Me T of PVC resin per day.from 2003 to 2008.
•Two year’s (Apprentice ship training) at Pakistan PTA limited (A member of the ICI worldwide Group) (Pure Terephthelic Acid) plant located at port Qasim Industrial Area Karachi as a process Plant Operator.From 2001 to 2003.

•B.Sc (Chemistry, Physics and Math) from Jamshoro University sindh.complete in 2007.

•Attended training course of TEAM WORK (Team Building).
•Attended work shop on RCA (Root Cause Analysis) as per Dupont guide line.
•Attended training course of SMS (Safety management system) base elements.
•Attended training course of PSOI (process Safety operation index).

•Received corporate Excellence award of year 2004for cost saving idea.
•EAPLC take a best environment award of ISO-14000 in the years of 2004 by the effort of production team.
•Rewarded with Safe Worker certificate many times by efficiently implementing these procedures.
•Work safely during master startup, emergency shut down and turn around in PPTA & EAPCL.
