Responsibilities included as follows:
„« Collection of Engineering, Process & Inspection history data.
„« Development of inspection planning for static equipments.
„« Study of process simulation results for different feeds to assess corrosion rates in different circuits of process units.
„« Study of Inspection History for assessment of history based corrosion rates.
„« Risk based inspection (RBI) study using software API RBI,Data entry & management for IDS software.
„« Assessment of remaining life for stationery equipment including vessels, exchangers & piping systems.
„« Calculations of Likelihood, consequences and risks related to each equipment.
„« Inspection planning based on applicable damage Mechanisms.
„« Co-ordination, Planning, scheduling & budget control.
„« Preparation of tender and execution plan.
„« Preparation of PMR¡¦s for static equipments.
„« Preparation of Technical Specification/guideline for SAP Configuration and Data loading.
„« Inspection planning based on applicable damage Mechanisms.
„« Review of API RBI results.
„« Selection of inspection technique and effectiveness.
