Coating Quality Inspector

Having more than 3 (three) years in production supervision & coordination. Prepare coating production equipment.

A. Preparing Pipes Internal Blasting, Pipes Internal Coating Machine and Equipment For PGN Project ( Pagar Dewa Labuhan Maringgai )as engineering staff
o Preparing pipes internal blasting machine equipment and pipes internal coating machine equipment
o Install internal blasting machine equipment and pipes internal coating machine equipment
o Review Painting Procedure, determining blasting and coating parameter to ensure and check abrasive, surface profile, coating, environmental and perform test such as Holiday test, Adhesion test (after the coating process will quantify the strength of the bond between substrate & coating).
o Responsible for Implementation of customer Specification during external and internal coating process.
o Maintain Daily Activities.
