Works as “Shift Production engineer” for two divisions at the factory
a-The corrugator lines : Hesih hsu and Fosber
b- Printing division : TCY , Ward , Flat Die Cutter m/c & Lian Tee
-Managing the daily production schedule with the planning division
-Working out on the KPIs for the manufacturing processes to obtain the ideal performance for the lines and the printers
-maximizing the production capacity of the factory from 1500 tons to 2500 tons
-Ensuring the quality of the corrugated boards and the final products till it reaches the final product stock
-Managing the two divisions including the machinery , the labors and the technicians
-Following up the production rate for the shift and making alternative solutions for any machinery or products troubleshoots

October 2009: October 2011 - Flora –pyramids paper mills S.A.E
worked as a shift engineer
Responsible for managing 12 production lines (120 labors and technicians , insuring ideal performance for these lines
- insuring the production rate per shift and the quality of the products according the company’s specifications
- following up machinery maintenance during operation (mechanical, electrical)and minimizing the down time
- Responsible for all preventive maintenance to all machinery
- Responsible for labors’ performance ,organizing tasks on the production lines
- preparing shift reports for machinery performance and production capacity

Promote products through company visits, sales presentations
- Design of turn-key projects of engineering training equipments
- following up tenders and making preparations of quotations ensuring tight specification and technical requirements met with the client demands
- Installing equipments and making settlement preparations at fields
- work as a maintenance engineer in the technical support dept. making solutions for any technical troubleshoots
-making marketing plans and scheduling task
-Inspects site for mechanical work/installations and ensures that the carried out works are in compliance with contract drawings and documents
