1- 2004 up to date - Laboratory Supervior in SEGAS , I have been stablished SEGAS laboratory ( comissining, start up and acceptance plant performance test) in addition to monitoring LNG product to achieve its relevant specifications (Manage and prepared all chemicals, glassware, equipment Standard methods of analysis for gas, water, condensate, Oil , Amine, Air, Nitrogen and Environmental tests .

- Have been prepared Lab for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certifications.
- I am preparing laboratory for lab accreditation according to ISO17025 for LNG composition.
- I modified Gas chromatograph Varian 3800 NGA type B to comply with ISO 6974 -2000-5.

2- 1995 to 2004 lab Shift Leader in Qatar Liquefied Gas Co (Qatargas). Shared in prepared QATARGAS Lab. (prepared all chemicals, glassware, methods of analysis for gas, water, condensate, Sulfur, Sulfinol ……etc.)

3- 1990 to 1995 - Chemist and Senior Chemist in Gulf of Suez Petroleum Co.(GUPCO) ( AMOCO) .

4- 1987 to 1989 petrolieum products and Safety officer at Egyptian military force.

Summary of Job Experience

•Stablished SEGAS and QATARGAS Laboratories as a new Lab and preparing Lab procedures required for analysis and modifying few equipment to achieve work requirnment more effective.
•Have been prepared lab documents and records required for ISO9001 and ISO 14001 and I am preparing laboratory for lab accreditation according to ISO17025.
•Had been commission lab equipment and lab information management system LIMS.
•Preparing and implement annual Lab objectives.
•Evaluate sub-ordinate lab staff for annual appraisal.
•Preparing and manage Capital and operating Lab budget.
•Supervise the analysis of all types of hydrocarbon gas mixture (e.g. Natural, associated and Acid gas) and LNG, NGL, LPG, Air , Nitrogen Light Condensate and High pressure condensate by gas chromatography as per their corresponding international standard test methods ASTM/ISO in addition to analysis of water,steam and sulfuretc.
