Sr. Administration & Personnel Officer
Working as a key team member of Administration & Personnel Department
Handling the new visa and renewal process of 1600 employees of Free Zone Company.
Responsible for complete visa processing of 250 employees of LLC Company.
Assisting the all labour recruitment / hiring / selection process.
Cooperating administration affairs with 8 sister concern companies.
Supervising time sheet data encoders, payroll process, and salary distributions.
Supervision of the 7 labour camps and 2 staff accommodations including all camp affairs.
Creating managing and updating the personnel files of 200 Staff and 1850 labours using Oracle based Personnel and Payroll management system.
Participating in labour and staff welfare issues.
Handling the accident cases and insurance claims of labours.
Resolving all types of labour disputes with the cooperation of Management.
Arrangement of accommodation / transportation of new hired employees and repatriation of employees leaving the company.
