5 years I'am working in this ( cosmoplast)company so I want to change this.

• Procurement of equipments confirming to the requirements.
• Instrumental in planning and executing all pre-opening activities, including staff recruitment at all levels of the operating system in the department.
• Supervision of all Type testing like tensile, short term long term pressure testing for the pipe line system etc. and review of daily QC/QA reports.
• Investigating customer complaints regarding product quality and visit the sight to checked out the complaints reason.
• Visiting different client/consultants to maintain relationships.
• Providing suitable on the job and induction training to concerned personnel.
• Worked on a different kind of plastic material such as UPVC,HDPE,PPR,CPVC,PE-X and PP.
• Having a great experience in the Plastic pipe line system and fittings and house hold items
Thermoplastic pipe
• Testing of incoming raw material such as thermal stability, melt flow rate carbon black content, carbon black dispersion ,pigment dispersion ,density etc.
• Visual inspection of the finished product.
• Testing of deferent types of pipes according to specified international standard.
• Conducting dimensional measurement and test like tensile strength and elongation test ( with extension meter),ring stiffness test, impact resistance test, heat reversion test , hydrostatic pressure test ( short & long term),burst pressure test , melt flow rate , environmental stress crack resistance test, density test ,vicat softening temperature test ,Thermal stability, ( Oxidation injection time ) test, internal and external co- efficient of friction, Axial , shear strength test, water absorption test ,compression test ,flattening test, degree of cross linking (GEL content) test, volatile content test.
• Inspection and testing of injection moulded UPVC and CPVC pressure fitting and drainage fittings.
• Coordinating during external and internal auditing and third party inspection.
• Maintaining the testing and calibration records.
• To co-ordinate with the external auditing and standard authorities such as BSI, ISO, DVGW etc.
