QA/QC Engineer

A total of Nine (9) years experience of dedicated and focused QA / QC inspections which includes detail-oriented quality control and quality assurance in pipelines and piping.

ć Knowledgeable in preparing and implementing procedures as required by the projects such as quality assurance / quality control procedures, etc.
ć Familiar with different standards and specifications as applied in different projects.
ć Determined to execute quality control in accordance with requirements and principles of International Quality Management system standards.
ƒá Reviewing and Approving vendors QCP, ITP, test procedures, method statements, according to the standards, specifications and ISO 9001 ¡V 2000 requirements.
ć Conducting internal and external audits as per scope and preparing reports.
ć Liaison with the clients in shorting out quality issues.
ć Co-ordination with the department in preparing WPS, conducting PQR and WQT.
ć Knowledge in preparing and reviewing MAS, weld summary, coating/painting/insulation summary, NDT summary, RT matrix, repair weld log, weld map, wall chart, welder matrix, WPS register, welder performance, master document matrix, calibration certificates, test packages, punch lists, reinstatements, NCR log, pre-commissioning pack, commissioning pack, final QC dossier and hand over packages.
ć Co-ordination with the projects oriented sub-contractors.
ć Taking right decision at right time to meet quality and able to handle high work pressure.
ć Ensuring safety in all aspects and advising about PPE to junior level subordinates and workers.

Bachelour of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

1. IRCA certified Lead Auditor
2. ASNT Level - 11 in RT, PT, UT and MPT.
