To ensure all project Cost are allocated, recorded, monitored and controlled against Cost Codes.
• To Monitor Control and Report Current Expenditure and forecast expenditure against approved budget.
• Prepare and Update the Change Order Register.
• Prepare monthly Man hours report against Budget allowance.
• Prepare and analyze labor weekly productivity rates and plant and Equipment rate against estimated norms.
• Prepare Strategic Operational report against monthly Targets
• To carry out analyze of trends and highlight potential problem with immediate remedial action.
• To maintain cost History sheet of the Project.
• Coordinate with Subordinates.
• Prepare monthly Cost Provision & Cash flow.
• Perform Cost sensibility Exercises when required.
• Participate weekly meeting with Project Management
• Maintain Asset register.
• Hands on experience in working under Cost reporting system using Projmon software.
